Resuming operations 

We've resumed shipping operations following our Christmas break and office closure. All orders placed during the Christmas period were processed on 2 January 2024.

Please allow 2-5 working days for the tracking number to come through for your order. Please note, due to increased number of parcels - not just from our store but also from other retailers - DHL is experiencing some smaller delays in processing your parcel.

 

Shipping to Canada (Updated: 2 January 2025)

All shipments to Canada have been dispatched on 2 January 2025. This includes pre-orders for the December 2024 edition. We are no longer able to change your shipping address - although, a redirection might be possible by contacting Canada Post with your tracking number.

Please allow 2 working days for the tracking number to come through for your order.

At the moment, Canada Post is still experiencing severe delays once the shipment arrives to the Canadian airports. This is due to the high number of shipments that have arrived into the country since mid-November but have yet to be processed.

Please continue following your shipment through the tracking number provided. We are unable to speed things up.

 

We've now begun dispatching Too Long: December 2024, including Standard and Premium editions.

All December 2024 purchases have been upgraded to International Tracked free of charge, if available in your country. You'll receive further updates on your tracking number as soon as your order is scanned in by the carrier.

Digital Editions have been fulfilled on 5 December 2024.

* Next-day tracked delivery is not guaranteed to the following postcodes and areas: most of the Scottish Highlands, any remote areas, including nearly all AB, IV, KW, LA, PA, PH, BT, CA18 - CA27, HS1 - HS9, IM, TR21 - TR25, ZE postcodes.

If your shipment is a tracked delivery, you will receive tracking information once your order has been marked as complete. We may be able to provide severely limited information on non-tracked orders.

We are no longer able to make changes to your shipping address.


International orders
Orders going internationally can take a little longer. They can sometimes get delayed in customs. We advise keeping an eye on any tracking information that you have been provided with.

Parcels going to some countries (including but not limited to: Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Chile, Israel, South Africa) are occasionally taking in excess of 12 weeks to be delivered. Unfortunately we have no control over these parcels and how quickly they are passed through customs.


Customs & international import charges
VAT is due on all commercial goods imported into the EU regardless of their value. We are part of the IOSS which means that, for orders not exceeding €150, we collect the VAT for you and pay that to the relevant local tax authorities, meaning you don't have to pay it on delivery.

Shipments sent outside the UK to any other shipping destinations may also incur additional charges for customs clearance and these are payable by you, the customer. We have no control over these charges and are unable to reimburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances. For details of customs charges please consult your local customs authorities for the latest rates.

What does my tracking message mean?

For orders within England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland:

  • We're expecting it - Royal Mail hasn't scanned in your parcel just yet.
    • Ordered before 4 December 2024 and your parcel is still stuck on this message? Contact us for help!
  • We've got it - Parcel has been successfully scanned in and awaiting processing
  • In transit - Parcel is in transit to your local delivery mail centre
  • Ready for delivery - The order is out for delivery
  • Delivery attempted - Address inaccessible. Royal Mail will try again the next working day if possible
  • Available for Collection or Redelivery - Royal Mail have tried to deliver your order but were unable to. You can choose to have it redelivered or collect at your nearest pickup point.

For international orders (including Channel Islands and Guernsey):

  • En Route to DHL Ecommerce or Awaiting Processing - Parcel is awaiting processing at the DHL UK distribution centre
    • Ordered before 4 December 2024 and your parcel is still stuck on this message? Contact us for help!
  • Processed/Sorted/Closed Bag - Parcel has been processed and is awaiting dispatch to DHL Germany distribution centre
  • Arrival at parcel center of origin - Parcel has reached the DHL Germany distribution centre
  • Transportation to destination country/destination area / Preparation for air transport with stopover - Parcel is in transportation to the destination country.
