Shipping policy

When possible, we aim to dispatch all orders within one working day.

However, on occasions, we will offer the ability to pre-order products, in which case those will ship as soon as it's ready. Please see the product page before finishing your purchase to see whether the product is available for pre-order only. If your order contains one or more items available for pre-order, your order will ship once all items become available.

The table below is only provided for guidance and may not reflect actual delivery times.

International orders
Orders going internationally can take a little longer. They can sometimes get delayed in customs. We advise keeping an eye on any tracking information that you may have been provided with.

Parcels going to some countries (including but not limited to: Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Chile, South Africa) are occasionally taking in excess of 12 weeks to be delivered. Unfortunately we have no control over these parcels and how quickly they are passed through customs.

We're temporarily unable to ship to the following destinations: Israel, Iraq, Qatar, Lebanon.

No reliable shipping service is available to the following destinations: Afghanistan, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Syria, United Arab Emirates, Ukraine (Donetsk, Luhansk, Crimea) and Yemen.

Customs & international import charges
VAT is due on all commercial goods imported into the EU regardless of their value. We are part of the IOSS which means that, for orders not exceeding €150, we collect the VAT for you and pay that to the relevant local tax authorities, meaning you don't have to pay it on delivery.

Beginning on the 1 July 2026, a flat customs duty of €3 will apply to low-value e-commerce parcels under €150 entering the EU. This measure is described as temporary and transitional, ahead of broader EU customs reform and the implementation of a future more permanent regime. According to the EU Council’s release, the €3 duty will apply to all goods under €150, including those sold by non-EU sellers registered under the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) for VAT purposes and will apply per item classification. If a single parcel contains multiple different types of items, the duty can stack.

Shipments sent outside the UK to any other shipping destinations may also incur additional charges for customs clearance and these are payable by you, the customer. We have no control over these charges and are unable to reimburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances. For details of customs charges please consult your local customs authorities for the latest rates.
